• Provide guidance and advice on development due diligence and milestone review, enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and review operational expenditure reporting, establishing financial clarity and accountability for a growing budget of nearly $100 million yearly spend.
• Oversee quarterly forecasting and review of milestone payments and procedures, ensuring alignment between boot-on-the-ground content owners and our financial projections, processing nearly 100 milestones per quarter while upholding contractual and procedural integrity throughout.

• Aligned product development with publishing functions, offering business insights and international resources to Japanese colleagues.
