Led end-to-end design and development of injection-molded, machined, sheet metal, and FPCA components for the IVAS 1.2 program, partnering with overseas suppliers. Collaborated cross-functionally (EE, RF, ID, Thermal), leveraged rapid prototyping to validate designs, and executed P0 to EVT builds with failure analysis to optimize production.

Drove end-to-end enclosure design exploration for next-gen HoloLens, collaborating cross-functionally to align with product vision. Developed reliability test plans informed by user research and delivered a highly cosmetic soft-goods prototype presented to leadership.

Designed, optimized, and manufactured novel mouth prosthesis that reduces the effects of Obstructive Sleep Apnea using thermoforming techniques.
