• Manage and produce the design and assembly of in-store ads, packaging, and digital content for a Fortune 100 Company
• Coordinate activity between internal and external cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Production, Freelancers, Art Directors, Print Producers, 3rd Party Vendors)
• Manage multiple large volume projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Communicate status and priorities to ensure timely execution and delivery
• Quality check, organize, and update digital assets
• Mark up proofs and quality check color
• Coordinate Client and Internal reviews
• Handle final file delivery to Client and 3rd Party Vendors
• Ensure Client file specifications are met before delivery
