As the first and sole designer until January 2020, I designed and implemented all app features on the iOS and Android apps and all marketing web pages (including the customer acquisition channels) from initial conceptualization to launch.

• Designing an app for Toyota Indonesia Manufacturing which allows employees to send and receive company communications in one place.

• Creating flows, information architecture, wireframes, and mock ups for the iOS version of the app.

EARN.ORG

March 2017 - April 2017

• Designed a self-service EARN.org help center to empower users to easily and quickly find answers and to help decrease the number of support tickets for EARN.

• Research & usability testing informed the design process. Built wireframes and visual design using the Zendesk platform and Html and CSS.

Crafted compelling outreach to set meetings with new clients. Interviewed client stake holders, analyzed data, and presented convincing pitch narratives to demonstrate product value and close the sale.

Exceeded FY14 annual target by 69%. Generated new business and managed relationships for clients of all sizes: small to Fortune 500. Worked closely with consultants to help clients reorganize their structures and develop their talent.
