I lead design for Microsoft Teams Desk Phones, Personal Devices, and Meeting Room Panels - shaping intelligent, inclusive collaboration experiences that power hybrid work at scale.
Ownership of the end-to-end design process spans research, concept development, and production-ready specifications, in close partnership with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align user needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes. The work increasingly integrates Copilot, AI-driven experiences, and LLM-powered capabilities to bring proactive, voice-first intelligence directly into Teams devices.
Leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude for rapid prototyping and “vibe coding,” I explore agentic workflows, accelerate iteration, and translate complex ideas into tangible, testable experiences. By combining systems thinking, storytelling, and hands-on execution, the focus is on evolving Teams devices from functional endpoints into intelligent collaborators that transform how people connect, call, and work together.
