Designed the Prosper App, a responsive cross-platform rebating experience from end to end.

• Created the rebate form where eye care providers send an instant cash rebate to their patients after purchasing certain vision care products to improve the patient visit experience while supporting independent vendors and reducing costs.

• Designed a marketplace where users can access an expansive inventory of products from independent vendors to offer their patients a variety of frame styles and lenses at a better price point.

• Worked on a data dashboard to inform users about utilization data and help them comprehend the value of using Prosper as a tool to grow their business revenue.

• Designed a transaction history board for users to preserve their financial records and support the practice's accountability system.

• Refreshed the look of our design system to support higher engagement, faster completion, and more flexibility of patterns while providing a more modern and delightful experience.

• Mentored and oversaw the efforts of two other designers that complemented the Prosper experience with additional features and ran weekly design workshops to strengthen their core skills. Also, I conducted multiple brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to improve our relationship and create innovative campaigns collaboratively.

Designed multiple features for the expansion of the Access Web App.

• Worked on integrating Care Credit third-party service into the app to offer users additional financial possibilities when accessing eye care.

• Created a loading and results system to communicate friendly and accurately the processes behind an eligibility plan search and ultimately to build trust between the results presented by our platform and our users.

• Redesigned the app billing functionality, adding management capabilities to decrease the workload of account managers and customer service stakeholders. Redesigned the Add a Patient Flow, which supported medical and vision plans to provide more benefits and services to patients.

• Designed the benefits calculator worksheet for users to understand a vision plan type, its benefits, their usage limit, and other factors that intervene in an eye care service experience and the claiming transaction.

• Designed a Plan Catalogue to display the most common vision plans offered by insurers and provide additional information to providers when filing claims on behalf of their patients.

• Designed and maintained a complete and proprietary design system to sustain the growth and expansion of new features and functions within the app products.

• Designed and launched the user experience for a responsive cross-platform data dashboard for app users and clients to measure and track success and growth areas.

• Designed the user experience for account management system where clients can scale up the number of locations within a single account and the number of users within a location/account.

• Designed the brand identity and collateral for marketing efforts which contributed to successfully positioning our company as a must-have product for ancillary healthcare services.
