I had the opportunity to organize and host over 30 designer meetups in India and China. As an event organizer, I played a crucial role in curating the theme of each meetup, inviting industry experts, and coordinating logistics.

One of my notable achievements was inviting evangelists for every episode of Madrasters, a community of designers, techies, and artists who share their knowledge and insights. I took the time to identify the most relevant and innovative topics, such as robotics, VR/AR, and design thinking and selected experts in each field to present on these topics.

In addition to organizing meetups and curating speakers, I also presented talks at prestigious institutions such as Shenzhen University and Anna University, where I shared my knowledge and expertise on topics related to design and innovation. I also had the opportunity to engage with startup communities, including Makerspaces and Startup Weekend events, where I provided guidance and inspiration to aspiring entrepreneurs.

• Developed and implemented a comprehensive design system for the Power BI application, collaborating closely with developers to integrate design system components and React chart components, ensuring a consistent and scalable user experience.

• Streamlined the development process by facilitating close collaboration with developers, resulting in seamless integration of design system components and React chart components.

• Recruited, mentored, and led a high-performing design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Implemented a business-focused workshop methodology for gathering requirements, resulting in an 80% reduction in the timeline from discovery to prototyping, significantly accelerating product development cycles.

• Contributed to the creation of various marketing materials and developed and delivered engaging internal and video presentations for industry conferences, showcasing the design system and its impact on the Power BI application.
