• Developed a cross-vertical product prequalification service with a team of 4 engineers

• Led technical efforts for the Credit Card Browse Abandon email campaign involving task breakdown, implementing frontend and backend changes, and sending bi-weekly email updates to stakeholders

• Updated the existing CRM event endpoint to support custom-payload data to allow for more personalized campaign email content. Created a Datadog dashboard to track the events starting from the frontend client and ending at Iterable, an integration guide for developers, and a testing guide for QA teams to validate events

• Led frontend onboardings for the Summer 2020 intern class and new hires by giving an overview of the NerdWallet tech stack, frontend architecture at NerdWallet, and frequently used NerdWallet-specific utilities

• Developed a React/Redux app for the user support team, estimated to save 16 hours/week of work

• Centralized user data from 3 third-party applications and the backend platform team, reducing the user support team’s dependence on multiple tools to find crucial user information

• Applied appropriate scopes for viewing and performing actions on the application to ensure protection of PII
