Edge and Platform Research and Design team

• I led the UX efforts and provided design direction to two enterprise engineering portals (Office 365 Substrate Pulse and Experiment configuration services) in Substrate space.

• My work with these teams involved providing tactical and long-term solutions that helped resolve complex interaction problems and design new interface that replaces the manual workload of their partners.

• My process involved getting ingrained into the domain space, understand the user journey/pain-points and build intelligent experiences.

• I worked closely with the PM, On-call Engineers, Incident Managers, devs and other substrate partners.

• I successfully established synergy and process between research, design and development which helps resolve ambiguity, build coherence in design language and deliver effortlessly.

• Solved interaction problems for multiple engineering portals within Universal Store Team.

• Helped them build new features and establish consistency throughout the portal.

• Worked in collaboration with the PM team to conduct observational interviews with the users.

• Guided design decisions and created landing-page designs customized as per the user behavior.

• Worked closely with the developing team to provide specifications for the designs.
