Studied HCI at Carnegie Mellon's Master's program. Studied cognitive science and user-centered design at UC San Diego. Researched under Professor Don Norman at UCSD's Design Lab.
• Lead initiatives for Core Information Architecture across Amazon Music's core pages (Home, Find, Library, Search, and Profiles).
• Launched several key strategic initiatives such as Audible Integration into Amazon Music, Amazon Music Live, In-App Merch, Amazon Music Prime 2.0 and more.
• Lead growth acquisition and engagement, and different monetization initiatives, such as merch, pay-per-view, subscriptions, upsells, etc for Amazon Music, Alexa, and multi-modal experiences.
