Actively mentored, educated, and collaborated with a team of 12 designers through Design Crits, while establishing a shared learning environment for their transition to Figma with weekly Figma drop-in calls.

Represented ASOS’ Product team in partner case studies such as Miro and Figma, LinkedIn recruitment campaigns, and multiple talks showcasing the team's expertise and company brand.
