Designer and Design Advisor

Owned the end-to-end product experience for a first-of-its-kind robotics platform. Set the experience direction across software, physical interaction, and system behavior, working closely with engineering and leadership to make the product understandable and usable for real customers.

Managed and coached a team of 6 designers split across Innovation and Growth. Worked directly with the CEO and executive team on company-level strategy, leading multiple 0→1 initiatives from concept through execution. Personally drove the end-to-end redesign of the core product experience, reframing the platform around family use cases and redefining the product’s positioning and long-term experience vision.
