• Lead the Windows Containers team within Red Hat OpenShift, guiding technical direction and project execution.

• Act as primary maintainer for a Kubernetes controller, enabling the integration of Windows Virtual Machines as nodes in OpenShift clusters to support Windows container workloads for enterprise customers.

• Engineer solutions using expertise in Windows and Linux container runtime internals to ensure proper functionality of hybrid clusters for Windows and Linux container workloads.

• Ensure high availability for infrastructure in distributed systems, on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.

• Plan and assign work to team members for each sprint in order to hit release timelines.

• Work with Open Source communities and contribute to upstream projects.

• Contributed to the planning and development of most features of the Threat Stack agent, a security monitoring tool which pulls and adds context to data from low level APIs provided by the Linux kernel, generating large amounts of events while minimizing resource usage.

• Modified the data pipeline for Linux syscall auditing data to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of event processing, fixing issues caused by out of order data.

• Overhauled the Docker module, providing more consistent and in depth context to events originating from a container.

• Led the effort to containerize the agent and enabled a Kubernetes deployment model.

• Mentored team intern, assisted with his on-boarding and provided ongoing feedback and advice.
