Implemented frontend features related to programmatic labeling, machine learning model analysis and training using React, Jotai and visualization libraries such as Visx and chart.js.
Researched usability issues and needs for high-cardinality workflows and wrote PRDs for new features based on internal interviews and other research methods. Based on this, I created feature improvement tickets for existing UI elements and visualizations and then implemented these in the product. I also worked with the design team to create and run a PURE study to assess multi-label workflows and translated the results into corresponding tickets for features and feature improvements.
Created utilities using the Fullstory API for creating custom defined UI events. Also used Fullstory to create dashboards tracking product usage metrics and contributed documentation guiding other developers on how to add custom metrics and dashboards.
