Experience
2023 — Now

As a Senior Product Designer at Gigs, I work on end-to-end product experiences in the connectivity space, from early concepts to live products. Working closely with the Head of Innovations, our cross-functional team, and both internal and external stakeholders.
My core focus is product design, with hands-on involvement in product management and front-end development, as well as contributing to vision, strategy, and execution within the Innovations team.
Our team’s projects include native iOS and Android apps, a physical device (PoS), and more recently, AI-powered products. All focused on enabling, managing, and supporting local and travel connectivity.

• Managing the design team, hiring and onboarding designers
• Brand evolution - Our brand matured and required a refresh to support our new modular product vision, and to emphasize our culture and values. The project included a brand refresh (brand book, new colors, typography, visuals, etc), a completely new website, new social network concept and more. My part was managing the rebranding process with an external agency to achieve exactly what we envisioned.
• 2nd product redesign - the brand refresh required adapting the new design language to our product.
• Created a video that summarizes the power of Fraugster's Fraud management SaaS
Notable project:
Rule simulations - a project that became an R&D project, making this feature one of our strongest USPs against competitors.

• Taking over the bigger and more complex projects in product, and mainly focusing on ongoing feature development to help Fraugster grow, and to extend its products and services.
• Working on Fraugster's website - new products and features required constant website updates.
• Taking over project management due to absence of our POs
Notable project:
New rule workflow - A simple, but important feature request, "add an option to schedule rules", required a complete overhaul of our rule workflow. Since the update was so big, a regular release email couldn't cover all the changes, so I created a walkthrough tutorial to tell about it.

• Carried out Fraugster's first product redesign.
• Created Fraugster's design system - redesign required creating a design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and prepare a base to develop features faster and in the correct way.
Notable project:
Interactive rule writing - Fraud analysts catch fraud by writing rules. Rules are conditions, same as in code: if [country] = [germany] then [decline], but of course you can't catch fraud with this simple condition as the example I gave. Rules could include dozens of complex conditions with options to choose from more than 1000 attributes. This project was about making rule writing a fast and enjoyable process, without requiring the analysts to know code, and to prevent human errors. The result: simplified, interactive experience, that allows to drag-and-drop conditions, group conditions, expand/collapse groups. All this with error validation to make sure rules go live without errors.
