Provide knowledge of Federal / country-specific and state / local regulatory requirements for OSH matters.

Perform general health and safety walkthroughs and inspections on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Conduct incident investigations to assess root cause and identify correction actions

Complete routine program implementation self-assessments to include deploying new program requirements at a location(s); including but not limited to fire prevention, industrial hygiene, machine safety, fall prevention, and robot hazard control, as examples.

Carry out Operation Risk Assessment in all processes, and tools in the location of responsibility to enable the successful completion of JHA and PPE hazard assessments.

Maintain accurate chemical inventory to include all elements of hazard communication program and environmental emergency reporting requirements.

Lead monthly safety committee meetings

Support emergency response activities to include initial response and follow-up investigation with cross-functional partners from facilities, labs, and security.

Lead equipment risk assessment evaluation for low-risk tools and processes.

LOTO and electric hazard management.

Safety gap analysis and taking corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).

Industrial Hygiene program for employees and training.

Robot safety, Laser safety and Radiation safety assessment.

• Leads and coordinates of strategies, initiatives, and projects to achieve performance improvement related to workplace safety goals and metrics. Identifies Labs safety risks and conducts root cause analysis. Provides consulting services on leading a culture of safety. Establishes strategic direction, goals, and priorities to create safe work environments which promote the health of our employees.

• EHS training, job safety analysis, equipment safety assessments, physical site safety preparation, and general safety and environmental program support to the corporate EHS team.

• Labs Safety, Health, and Environmental issues – risk management, regulatory and internal compliance.

• Assuring a safe working environment, protecting the environment, protecting the property, maintaining regulatory compliance, and maintaining EHS programs – OSHA regulations knowledge.

• Technical Documents and policies implementation for compliance assurance according to internal and local, state, and federal environmental standards.

• Walkthrough and day to day inspections, checking and considerations based on the EPA and OSHA guidelines.

• Waste Management coordination and Hazardous communication activities, RCRA and waste management and manifest documentations.

• Robotics Safety Programs
