• Developed and applied regional goals and defined a reporting structure to track weekly and monthly growth.

• Built a cross-functional department KPI plan, in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Nepal for an average growth of 70% across 30 metrics.

• Implemented an annual strategy plan to monitor progress and achieve channel targets whilst operating through obstacles.

• Defined the data needs for critical metrics and product requirements for the channel and the sellers.

• Established DarazMall as a trusted and well-known brand with our customers through representing the channel to 100+ external stakeholders.

• Continuing work on Net Promoter and DarazMall Awareness score to achieve a seamless customer and seller service.

• Managed a growing portfolio of 8 million international products in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Nepal.

• Achieved an average growth rate of 30% MOM across all countries, since the channels inception in September 2018.

• Led a team of 12 people spread across China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Nepal to manage commercial alignment, content development, revenue growth, inventory planning, product and brand management.

• Headed a USD 100K startup project with a team of 5 people, icsxpress.com, an e-commerce platform in the booming online retail industry in Pakistan
