• Develop and maintain 3D models and detail drawings to support product design & production.

• Researched various blade balancing systems to design 3D printed device to aid weight and moment balancing of microgeneration wind turbine assembly on Fusion 360 and SolidWorks.

• Completed multiple design iterations for generator stator gage used in QC analysis by conducting studies on fixture machine tolerances and material selection to reduce manufacturing cost and time.

Remodeled/Redrew NX, CATIA, ProE powertrain components/assemblies into SolidWorks for MBD implementation. Collaborated with Product Design Engineers, updated drawing revisions for ongoing ECOs.
