Led an engineering team of six and a designer. Responsible for the configuration experience for Dell enterprise customers over 60 countries globally.

• Ideated, tested, and launched a product recommendation service on the Dell configurator which generates an annual revenue of $12M.

• Took initiative to execute a solution to eliminate customer facing configuration errors which helped increase revenue by $7M.

• Iterated over 3 months to achieve a customer-centric configurator which enabled easier navigation and increased conversion to cart by 24%.
