I am the lead on customer need definition as well as concept, prototype design and development, and user specifications’ documentation delivery. • Led product/design team in creating a vision prototype for a media-hardware company to create an editor/content creator market-place; delivering a future vision video and clickable prototype; earning the product a beta test
• Led research of shifting from B2B to B2C, created direct to consumer (DTC) platform for large fortune 500 software company.
• Led formal clinical study with 40 patients/clinicians for a companion app of connected care platform of a medical device company; designed app features aimed to raise compliance through patient centric design principles, derived from formative patient study
• Led product/design team for a medical device company in creating patient/clinician facing tools to empower mid-tier health care providers to more broadly & effectively deliver their model of coaching proven to improve outcomes in diabetic patients
