Leading Technology and Product at a rapidly growing bike subscription service, Buzzbike. In the first year, I've led initiatives to:

• 3x-ing our active subscriber base whilst maintaining a healthy acquisition cost, churn rate and LTV

• founding the leadership team and setting business strategy, goals and initiatives, and launching the first OKRs at the company

• transforming how tech and product are managed - launching CI/CD automation (including mobile); dual-track agile through weekly delivery and discovery sprints; migrating to robust, scaleable and disaster-resilient architecture (including infrastructure as code via Terraform); balanced with a pragmatic approach necessary at a growth-stage business

• providing Product Management leadership, managing backlog and initiatives; introducing a company-wide design system; performing customer and market research and usability tests; and setting up quantitative analysis of product usage patterns

• launching React Native mobile app on iOS and Android; rebuilding our subscription management engine; automating and streamlining internal operations systems and integrations

• doubling the cross-functional engineering team size, including off-shore hires

• introducing data-backed decision making, and implementing internal data warehouse, dashboards and analysis tools, covering the entire organisation's primary KPIs

Unfortunately curtailed due to COVID, part of the initial engineering team with Fronted, a pre-seed FinTech with ex-Apple, Bud and Monzo founders. Primarily worked on the founding infrastructure and architecture, particularly that behind their Loan product. Python, Typescript, Next.JS, React, GCP.
