• Worked on multi-disciplinary team to establish product strategy of a new subscription management tool—creating user journey flows of existing and to-be experiences, mapping out user systems interaction, and developing the design system for scalability

• Designed intuitive and empathetic interface improvements for the internal CMS to improve video editor workflows, and providing dev-ready designs for development
