Small Business Ads (Dec 2021 - Present) - As part of the Monetization Org at Meta, I work on a lightweight advertising tool for small businesses. Most recently, I led the development of an ads

platform that allows Meta apps to enable ad tools within their own surfaces.
In 2023, I embedded myself within the Messenger team to bring native ad tools to Messenger, leveraging our core platform solution. Currently, I am building the ads tool from the ground up in the WhatsApp iOS business app.

Facebook Growth (July 2020 - Nov 2021):

I worked on Locked Profile, a privacy product designed to help women in emerging markets such as India, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, and more feel secure when using Facebook. I spearheaded projects to promote the adoption and user comprehension of the locked profile feature, with the goal of boosting engagement on Facebook.

I work on the Box Admin experience, owning design for user management,

enterprise settings and legal tools. I led the redesign of Box user management by

adopting user research and data-driven design to improve usability and increase engagement.

Identified critical security settings by leveraging strategies like card sorting and

user interviews to design a settings dashboard. This elevated the Admin

confidence in the security posture of their Box setup.

Evaluated and improved the accessibility of the Box mobile/iPad app. Defined

rules to optimize the Box app layouts to support 7 levels of accessible font sizes.

Led product design for Green Chef - a meal kit delivery service, owning the desktop and mobile web experience. I covered a broad range of responsibilities including ideation, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, usability testing and A/B testing.

• As part of customer growth team, redesigned the sign-up flow, Green Chef home page and created marketing landing pages to drive new user conversion.

• Reimagined account features that facilitated flexible and easy ordering from Green Chef.

• Streamlined the design process by introducing new tools like Zeplin, Invision to enable better collaboration between design and engineering.

For my internship at Walmart Labs, I worked on a creating a unique co shopping experience to let people shop together online in a fun and connected way. I handled both the research and design responsibilities for this project. I started with researching the e-commerce domain, the competitive landscape in social shopping and conducted over 30 user interviews.

Powered with strong insights I ideated on a range of ideas and finally narrowed on to a strong design solution. Following the entire design process I created wireframes and visual design using sketch and interactive prototypes using pixate.
