• Coordinated the investigation response efforts of privacy incident with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Policy, Communications, and Engineering on complex privacy incidents, ensuring appropriate and timely decisions and actions required to contain and mitigate the impact of the incident are made.

Launched multiple workflows with high complexity and monitored operational excellence to ensure Meta is compliant with FTC consent orders. Examples included:

• Successfully steered the product maturity changes for the Re-Review safeguard by creating a monitoring framework, which helped reduce external SLA compliance miss rate from 2.2% to <0.21%.

• Led the implementation of the first-ever Screencast/Live Video Call (VC) review in DevOps, which unblocked 14,000+ inaccessible apps from being reviewed and drove the reviewable rate from 64% to 100%.

• Spearheaded, designed and built out Data Protection Assessment (DPA) 2.0 operations workflow, a company-wide priority workflow to protect user data, which has been successfully launched to over 10,000 developers.

• Designed the questions for human reviewers, configured the decision tree for reviewers, and trained vendor agents to evaluate DPA responses.

• Led successful vendor operationalization for Oculus DPA2.1, by revamping the SRT mapping into a new format, aligning changes with XFNs, leading E2E testing, and training vendors.

• Streamlined the Policy Development Process for the Enterprise Compliance Division (ECOM) by defining problems, conducting process mapping, and identifying pain points through collecting Voice of Customers.

• Helped the Customer Experience Division (CXD) improve customer satisfaction by analyzing and visualizing the Call Center Data in Power BI. Identified the call volume pattern, reasons for the calls, and made data-driven recommendations.

• Validated the CalPERS Pension Database (CPD) and Active Member Database (AMD), identifying data anomalies using SAS and SQL, to ensure CalPERS may effectively respond to Public Records Act (PRA) Request and ad hoc requests.

• Quantified the economic impacts of the Pension Payments in California FY2019 by validating the input data, running the National Trade Flows Model in IMPLAN and creating final reports.

• Predicted the impact of a price change on future revenues for the United States Copyright Office, conducting a regression analysis to estimate the price elasticity of demand using Microsoft Excel.

• Developed a performance monitoring and planning dashboard for a federal government call center by building a Level of Service calculator that allowed scenario analysis.
