API Client is the beating heart of Postman API platform that enables developers from a range of background and expertise to interface with APIs. As a senior designer and the acting design lead of API Client, I have been helping the team innovate newer product patterns to make various API technologies accessible and human, and keep Postman the best API Client out there.

As a part of Postman’s 0-1 team (Labs), I’ve been helping the team bring novel ideas to life. My domain knowledge intersects my practice as a designer and a knowledge worker in the API and developers’ tools landscape. I craft experimental features that simplify developers’ experience of building APIs with emerging technologies.

As a design engineer in the Labs (Postman's 0-1 team), I have been exploring the rabble of API technologies and ways to habilitate them comfortably under Postman’s API ecosystem. So far I have worked on bringing support for WebSocket and gRPC based APIs to Postman API client.

With it’s 20 million user base, Postman is currently among the most popular dev tools. As a Product Designer, I worked with the Version Control team devising creative solutions for change management in the API development lifecycle and later joined the API client team within the Labs initiative exploring multitude of API technologies and building 0-1 solutions for hosting them on Postman.
