At Wayfair, I focused on our delivery network technologies. Specifically, I worked on improving our products and systems within the warehouse to ensure accurate order data and warehouse equipment and capacity.

• Guided team of engineers to build new systems for tracking inventory, through developing UI with PHP and React and improvements in our android app, creating visibility on building capacity and equipment use, and directing traffic efficiently within the warehouse

• Ran user interviews, usability tests, and created UI mockups to decide product requirements (95% usability score)

• Developed metric definitions and SQL queries to get data points to create a Tableau dashboard to allow field leaders to have visibility into capacity constraints and labor allocation
