Leading a team of 5-7 UI engineers embarked on creating the next generation UI platform at Macy's. Working on React and Vue and finding the right balance in the ever changing, super fluid UI landscape. This role involves coaching and mentoring the UI engineers, code reviews, design reviews and platform presentations. I am currently working on building a set of UI components that would be highly configurable and reusable and possibly open sourced in the future.
Coordinated a company wide domain consolidation effort involving changes to over 30 artifacts, several third parties and Akamai. Worked along with the Project manager in making sure that all teams delivered in a timely and co-ordinated manner to achieve a clean and crisp push to production.
