PayPal Balance (Global): End-to-end product ownership for how 430M+ account holders hold and move money inside the PayPal wallet. Own the strategy and roadmap across multiple markets, leading cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, data science, risk, compliance, and finance.
PayPal Savings (US): Built and launched PayPal Savings in partnership with Synchrony Bank. Own the full product experience from onboarding through goal-setting, balance management, and interest disbursement.
Global KYC and Consumer Onboarding: Product lead for identity verification and onboarding flows for Balance, Savings, and Debit Card in the US, navigating CFPB and AML regulatory requirements. Own global KYC experiences for PayPal consumers, defining how customers are verified and activated across geographies and regulatory regimes. Partner with compliance, risk, and legal on decisioning logic, integrate identity verification vendors, and design onboarding experiences that balance regulatory rigor with conversion.

The Technology Leadership Program’s vision is to identify a pool of qualified potential PayPal leaders and empower them with broad and deep technical and business assignments globally across PayPal and its subsidiaries.
Rotation 1 (Jan 2019 - June 2019):
Location: London, United Kingdom
Role: Global Business Development for the top 40 accounts of PayPal.
Owned the business pipeline - working with local commercial teams, protecting baseline revenues, identifying new market expansion and product upsell opportunities globally, lead RFP processes and grow relationships with some of the largest brands in the world including Disney, Google, Facebook, Sony, Groupon, LVMH.

Global product engineering and delivery management leader envisioning and delivering new consumer experiences and product strategies that drive deeper consumer engagement and habituation across PayPal’s payments, loyalty, demand generation and incentives platforms.
• Conceptualized, designed, delivered and owning a global framework that offers mobile airtime top-up as a service (TaaS) atop the PayPal platform, a new outreach program aimed at engaging and onboarding new younger generation customers onto PayPal in newer markets.
• Conceptualized a merchant rating program for PayPal, aimed at improving user satisfaction and providing a superior experience for valued merchants was recognized and won a prize for being “The most innovative solution solving a major business problem” globally across PayPal.
• Worked with global NGOs focused on solving urban transport woes as part of the PayPal small business challenge. Carried out market research and product solutioning using the concepts of Customer driver innovation to create cashless payment and cash dispersal solutions for the auto driver community in India. The product won the 1st prize for innovation and impact as part of the PayPal Business Outreach program in India.
