• Architected company’s CRM product offering with 3rd party source integrations, capabilities for person and company data enrichment, standardization, a <200ms full-text Typesense search experience over 5M records, and an email marketing automation system

• Introduced site reliability engineering practices by setting uptime and latency SLOs and alerts for servers running on Kubernetes, resulting in a 25+% speedup and an increase from 95% to 99% uptime

• Created a scalable game analytics application in Python and deployed to AWS Elastic Beanstalk (with Amazon RDS) to track and summarize user activity in the company’s virtual escape room product

• Built a Google Data Studio dashboard to give executives high-level insights into player analytics
