• Created & maintained the Connectivity Program Roadmap, including 20 deliverable issuances across 1.5 years, 15 change management items resulting in $4.4M in savings along with strategy development of review & adjudication process.

• Continuity Lead between Engineering & Design, ensuring robust product management through 87 tooling output entries, yielding ~$24.6M savings total across 5 sites and ~$5.6M savings for the next product iteration.

• Created & maintained the Cabling Project Roadmap, including 23 deliverable issuances across 5 sites through partnership with 7 cross functional organizations on establishing need-by dates involving 10 construction milestones and associated anchor dates.

• Supported 15 hours of weekly design meetings through documentation of rationale, resulting in robust accountability to progress deliverables and meet schedule.

• Led the Fire Protection & Fire Alarm workstream, facilitating key conversations, pulling in critical cross functional partners to make decisions, and communicating across disciplines to unblock downstream partners.
