• Driving core AI ranking and recommendation relevance within the PayPal Ads Manager roadmap, owning ideation, prioritization, and execution across ad formats, targeting controls, optimization, and measurement.
• Designing campaign management features that empower SMB advertisers with unique control over offsite targeting across PayPal, Venmo, and partner platforms.
• Partnering with AI and Engineering to build optimization models that improve offsite ad performance while maintaining member privacy and trust.
• Working with Trust, Legal, and Data Governance teams to ensure a brand-safe, transparent, and compliant ad network.
• Partnering with Business Development to expand publisher and platform partnerships (2P: Shopify, Wix; 3P: Meta, Google, TikTok) and align on API integrations, vendor strategy, and ecosystem health.
• Collaborating with Product Marketing and GTM teams to articulate Ads Manager’s role in driving full-funnel performance and advertiser value.
• Mentoring PMs and promoting a strong product culture centered on experimentation, transparency, and impact.
