• Lead product design for internal planning and workflow tools supporting Apple’s Worldwide Sales and Finance teams, including promotion planning and tracking, governance of promotion plans, and deal intake and approval workflows.
• Owned end-to-end design across discovery, definition, and execution, shaping problem framing, UX strategy, and detailed interaction models for complex internal systems.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, drive alignment, and deliver cohesive product solutions.
• Improved usability and decision confidence for sales operations stakeholders by simplifying high-volume data views and reducing cognitive load across core workflows.
