Partnered with a team of product designers to reimagine a platform experience with minimal documentation, shifting priorities, and deeply entrenched, advanced features. Despite contributor resource changes and legacy complexity, we addressed foundational usability gaps and improved core functionality — informed by over 800 pieces of user feedback. Collaborated cross-functionally with user research, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to validate concepts through rigorous testing. All designs were aligned with the Walmart Data Ventures design system and phased for delivery on an aligned timeline.

My key contribution includes:

• Took the lead in creating and evolving an extensive design system that guaranteed uniformity and harmony across web and mobile.

• Advocate design operation by developing design principles, processes, and tools. Actively helped with hiring and team building.

• Led the employee experience design (modern intranet) through customer needs discovery, design sprints, and workshops with the product manager and developers. Crafted and shipped the new feed design and utility focus designs on web and mobile that led to significant user engagement and app usage.
