Highlights:

• Led initiative to develop and launch multiple SEO pages to drive traffic, increase signups and growth in customers.

• Added numerous Go routes and React components to existing codebases.

Building a customer centric payments platform to simplify Global Payments for Small Businesses.

Highlights:

• Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and product to overhaul UI/UX, increasing customer satisfaction score (via NPS) by 2x-3x.

• Build scalable, modular, and extensible front end components with React. Manage application state with Redux and asynchronous actions with Redux-Saga.

• Developed a dedicated payment approvals page with ability to batch pending payments for approvals.

• Developed feature to set limits on account users to determine who can send / approve a pre determined amount.

Working on the Front End with modern JavaScript technologies to build affordable legal services for all.

Highlights:

• Helped develop and launch a global, enterprise legal contract platform with a content authoring web app.

• Led design/architecture of the content authoring web app used by 30+ legal specialists.

• Optimized web app UX/UI, resulting in an additional $1.2MM annual revenue.
