• Tutor an intensive 10-week class for UCSD’s most popular introductory Java course to 150+ students, covering a range of conceptual problems such as recursion, bit manipulation and essential Java syntax

• Lead discussion sessions to help students visualize and solidify their knowledge of relevant course material

• Aid students in their weekly programming assignments to complete projects and achieve code functionality

• Collaborate with other tutors to write starter code, grading scripts and easy to follow write-ups for labs

• Work to actively debug student’s code virtually through Piazza, an online discussion board
