• Subject matter expert in labeling workflows and labeling guidelines.

• Maintain relationships with vendor partners. Attend weekly business reviews and product team meetings and contribute to meetings regarding quality and/or technical barriers.

• Perform quality audits to provide labeling metrics and insights, support policy guideline updates, and recommend optimization opportunities across the labeling programs.

• Help vendors unblock obstacles by sharing data and escalating bugs and tooling issues to correct engineering teams with necessary documentation.

• Understand and help incorporate changes shared by cross functional partners to existing workflows, product features, and planned launches.

• Implement pre-approved changes to workflows and knowledge repositories.

• Act as both annotators and auditors, depending on Product and project needs.

• Labeling / auditing a set amount of data daily, at the direction of Project Coordinators and Project Managers

• Reviewing and validating labeled datasets for accuracy and consistency.

• Performing QA

• Flexing between projects as demand requires; adjusting to new project guidelines week-over week and learning multiple project guidelines at once

• Comprehending complex guidelines and product requirements to accurately label ML data to refine AI models

• Collaborating with team members to identify improvements to the labeling process to drive efficiency and promote high quality

• Supporting training new DLAs who join a project through shadowing sessions

• Operationalizing on Product feedback and bringing best data labeling practices downstream to peer DLAs in accordance with Product feedback and review

• Supporting with any additional tasks to help with program excellence

• Quality assurance of multiple movies.

Ensure the quality of the subtitle is at the highest level

• Subtitle testing and verification, proofreading

• QC of translated audio and subtitle files and to report error patterns and root cause analysis to improve quality control workflows

Languages include Spanish (LAS), Castilian Spanish (SPC), Italian (ITA) and English.

Translation of product technology and/or product documents

• Evaluate and refine linguistic data to improve Al models.

• Provide expert judgment on language-related tasks.

• Ensure quality and consistency in data annotation.

• Collaborate with Al researchers to design linguistic evaluation processes.
