Helped centralize the help center experience for users across all our family of app products such as Instagram, Whatsapp, Messenger, and Facebook. Managed development of Messenger (messenger.com/help) and Instagram (help.instagram.com) help centers which has a total ~500M MAU page visits.

Worked on integration of Quip products within Salesforce for the Salesforce Anywhere project where users can collaborate

and chat in real-time on documents & records without leaving the CRM interface.

• Developing a tool for each customer of Salesforce to identify and fix their “malformed” email templates as a part of ANLTR4 formula engine rollout.

• Developed a CRON job using Quartz framework that runs on all customer production instances every weekend to parse their email templates and store them in an entity.

• Using Splunk to the monitor logs and build reports to track progress of each organization for rolling out the latest formula engine gradually.
