• Responsible for conducting Process Risk Self Assessment (PRSA) for Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM)
• Maintain process flows for each business process within GABM in order to be able to identify any key risks and controls
• Test controls for key risks identified through each business process
• Monitor budget accounts, campaigns, purchase orders, and invoices via a proprietary system known as the Marketing Management System (MRM) and ensure files are appropriately processed by Oracle in a timely manner
• Create budget reporting such as a weekly expense category report, pending purchase orders/invoice reports, and various ad hoc reports
• Reconcile purchase order amounts, invoice amounts, and available balances between data in MRM and Oracle
