Lead product design of core experiences in Marketplace, Facebook Profile, Creator and Monetization teams, consistently advancing product direction and building cross team alignment.

Led the design of 0 to 1 products to tackle business top priority problems, including a website redesign which new booking behavior. Collaborated with PMs, researchers, data scientists and engineers to create experiences that tackle the industry's biggest problems. Owned the end-to-end product workflow, developing personas, journey map, wireframe and mockups, prototyping and testing designs with users. Worked across teams to run thousands of A/B/n split experimentation.

Supported Ralph Vituccio and John Dessler at Visual Story course to teach students writing, producing, shooting and editing several visual story assignments cooperatively. Includes tweaking visually and aurally, directing actors, setting up lighting and hardware and sound recording theory.

Created mockups and concept art for new designs. Reached out, reinforced and strengthened the training map which equips young adults seeking employment with soft skills and helps them stand out among the crowd. Redesigned the interface and interactive way of Charles Darwin Synthesis Interview. Worked with programmers to get an implemented interaction design into the game.

Assisted in visualizing and defining the style and structure of the program. Brainstormed with the director for 1000 storyboards, worked with director to determine the shoot order, select clips.
