Responsible for Risk as a Service product-- Chargeback Protection and Fraud Protection for PayPal merchants.

Key Projects:

1. Identified the root cause of the low sign-up and activation rate for Chargeback Protection product, and raised solutions to form product roadmap by interviewing 5+ teams, collaborating with different product managers, UX designer, Legal, engineering, product marketing and data scientist team, and analyzing data of merchants' behavior and distribution.

2. Improved product dashboard by scrutinizing the product, prioritizing requirements of key stakeholders and merchants, and creating and organizing mockup by using Confluence.

Focus Area: Metaverse

Researched and evaluated the potential of the application of Metaverse in SAP's portfolio in financial, product, and strategy sides.

Developed life, investment and health insurance products with 15+ teams by analyzing competitors, market and P&L, translating regulation and product request for cross-functional teams use, writing specification paper and presenting to management and stakeholders for product approval.

Key achievements:

• Developed a Covid-related health insurance that was the initiative in local market.

• Accelerated a life insurance product development, 1 month faster than usual timeline, to meet strategic partner's need.

• Selected from 30 members to be responsible for yearly health insurance project lead.
