Define and lead program execution strategy for multiple areas of products and the platform – includes kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes for product objectives
Work with Business, Product Mgmt and Engineering to map out business processes, identify gaps and come up with a solution and facilitate the build of the systems.
Develop product strategy on Salesforce suite of products(sales cloud, marketing cloud and data cloud). Craft OKRs and roadmaps half yearly for the execution of projects.
Supporting, providing subject matter expertise and configuring salesforce CRM.Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Develop products taking into account customers' privacy, security, compliance and SOX auditability.
Key Projects: Execution & program management for building sales & marketing systems for App monetization, shops ads and content partnerships business lines. Implementation of Salesforce marketing cloud and data cloud replacing existing home grown marketing system for ads business
