· Own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for enterprise data validation services for Customer Profile data & Address Validations . Build end-to-end control frameworks from data collection through consumption, in partnership with PayPal's UX, Risk, and Compliance teams to design customer-centric experiences.
· Lead the Data Governance Strategy to build scalable solutions/platforms for SKU graph, Customer Graph /Customer 360 solutions, unifying identity, customer data, product data across PayPal’s brands – Venmo, Braintree etc. to enable a single, trusted view of Customer and Product Data to power Agentic AI & commerce workflows.
· Design & Enable AI Explainability & Responsible AI Frameworks by integrating governance standards & lineage ,catalog tools in AI/ML models /Graph Solutions incorporating User Consents and policy guardrails to ensure ethical data sharing/ externalization for Ads, Shopping Personalization etc.
· Lead Product Taxonomy standardization enabling consistent product tagging across Finance and Payments ecosystems, and governed External Metrics integrity for investor-facing reporting.
· Lead design and Data strategy discussions on Platform Convergence, Cloud Modernization, M&A Data Integrations to embed Governance at design stages.
