I lead the strategy and execution for Payments, Post-Fulfillment, and core eCommerce flows. Managing a team of PMs, I focus on delivering seamless, secure, and high-converting customer experiences by implementing new payment methods, improving payment processing success rate, driving fraud prevention initiatives and building a digital wallet ( omni-channel experience to increase digital foot print ). I work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and external partners to drive business outcomes and elevate the end-to-end customer journey.

4. Built over 15, 0-1 products to optimize customer's shopping journey and improve conversion - Address Autocomplete, Recommendations, Flat rate shipping, Express/Guest Checkout with Wallet Payment methods, User triggered incentives to name a few.

5. Launched global flat rate shipping feature in 21 countries which increased conversion by 9% and Average order value (AOV) by 37% and buyers by 6%

6. Increased Revenue by 5% and Buyers by 4% by launching 4+ payment methods across Core Wish Markets.
