· Taught students Python and Java up to the algorithms level so that they can build a strong programming foundation and develop an early passion for computer science

· Diagnosed and fixed hardware, software, and network issues experienced by my university’s faculty and staff to provide them with a smoother and stress-free computing experience

· Managed, inventoried, and maintained hundreds of university assets and devices operated by high level staff of the university

· Developed a new feature for the AWS Keyspaces team that allows support for the “TRUNCATE” CQL command, an update specifically requested by multiple high-value customers

· Collaborated with senior engineers to detect vulnerabilities in the codebase and refactor it to mitigate them as well as decrease code duplication
