• - Created, designed, & tested 3 different Kafka Streams applications with Cockroach DB which were actively used by 70,000 employees and were a part of Curbside Pickup's mission-critical infrastructure during 2021 holiday sales.

• - Designed 4 new Spring micro-service apps from monolithic legacy app and architected migration efforts to AWS OpenShift which decreased overhead time for a majority of APIs by 15% and decreased deployment time by half.

• - Developed API gateway app as the sole engineer, which serves 1 million requests/day, using Spring Cloud & Akamai.

• - Helped port the existing Curbside Pickup app from Android mobile computers to Android & iOS devices using React Native.

Contribution Snapshot: Managed and served as technical PoC for migration of Best Buy's Backroom application from IBM-based DB to an in-house Oracle DB, saving $3+ million a year from client's service-level agreement. Developed and ported a new large-scale web service using SpringBoot from legacy code-base, which served as the "last-mile" of fulfillment for 20 million curbside pickup orders during COVID pandemic.
