Engineer on the Trailblazer Identity Integration Service team, which acts as the identity orchestration layer for 30+ digital partners across Salesforce. Enhanced the platform to support in-person event registrations and other Salesforce marketing offer types to drive overall marketing pipeline and ACV.

Spearheaded the modernization of the Trailblazer Identity Platform Datastore, migrating the core System of Record to a fully cloud-native AWS architecture to support highly available, real-time data synchronization for millions of Trailblazers.

• Upgraded Nordstrom's internal Service Center application to allow auditors to bulk approve customers' pending Nordstrom Notes, resulting in time and cost savings across the business

• Streamlined the notes approval process through the use of Angular 2.0, TypeScript, .NET Core (C#), and Amazon Web Services

• Collaborated with the Maps Public Transit team to enhance insight into global public transit data
