After voluntarily leaving DoorDash to take a sabbatical and pursue other interests, I used my experience in marketing and social media to help local small businesses rebuild their clientele after the devastating lockdowns that left them struggling to stay afloat. I also wrote resumes for job-seekers on a pro-bono basis.

Services included social media campaigns, resume writing, white papers, and website copy.

Presently, I am doing social media, web, and marketing writing for the non-profit organization, On My Mind Foundation.

In this role, I was responsible for creating content and UX design support on advertising automation products, extending across shopping experiences, automated ads, and small business automation.

Owned the end-to-end UX content strategy, from ideation to execution for the Dasher and Quality verticals

Created and implemented user-centric solutions that holistically aligned with the business goals and user needs

Acted as the content stakeholder for multiple cross-functional teams such as Merchant and Customer

Established and evangelized UX content standards and guidelines, including an extensive style guide to share with the Design team and other partners in Prism
