Design Lead for bold, fast-paced incubation projects. Launched Bookings with Me, a product that automates scheduling, as the first Accelerator project to release worldwide and hit target success metrics. Defined and drove vision, strategy, roadmap, scope, deliverables and execution. Partnered with cross-functional leaders.

Established an onboarding framework that tripled clickthrough and increased mobile usage, resulting in adoption by Microsoft’s newest mail client, One Outlook. Co-founded a concept that re-imagined communication tools for Education, estimated to capture 130 million users across enterprise and consumer. Defined opportunity, goals, design strategy and roadmap. Worked with developers to distill a complex space into clear deliverables within scope. Conducted and documented over 40 user interviews.

Co-led a redesign effort that unified design language across Windows, Outlook and Fluent, Microsoft’s newly rolled out Design System. Created an innovative approach to theming and systemized color conversion between light and dark mode. Appointed Accessibility Champion, co-leading educational forums that created a cultural shift in design team responsibility and role in producing more inclusive experiences.

Document Colaboration:

Partnered closely with teams across Office to simplify how files are shared, viewed and edited. Produced updated set of file icons and attachment components, contributing to Outlook design libraries used across platforms.

Viva Insights:

Established a foundational design system and visual framework for a workplace productivity tool previously known as MyAnalytics. Heavily involved in research and customer visits, traveling around the world to adapt the product to varied cultural needs.
