Led an accessibility proposal to introduce principles across product and design. Involved in the design system team to raise the bar for design across the customer system. Led the design and strategy for Home Discovery for mobile, app, and desktop designs as the sole designer. Created a Listing Details Page framework and design guidelines that influenced a new direction and improved performance. Worked closely with UX researchers and conducted exploratory user research and usability testing. Supported the implementation of several projects with engineering and QA phases.
