• Built and pushed an online video streaming service and self-service webapp from prototype to production with Python, Flask, React, Redux, AWS SDK, which increased the efficiency for setting up and maintaining virtual events from about 10 minutes to 1

• Designed, built and standardized RESTFUL API’s in Python, Flask to solve performance issues such as reducing load times with server-side pagination and reducing file upload times to AWS S3.

• Improved codebase and product development process by setting a defined pipeline with git and Github Projects, which removed issues regarding conflicts

• Implemented responsive UX friendly datetime-timezone picker, file-drop and drag-and-drop playlist editor components with React, Flexbox, Less

• Developed custom Drupal 7 & 8 modules for a data management software at UC San Diego, which allowed it to convert many file types into a visual representation and to support Single Sign On functionality

• Created internal self-service web tools for identity and access management in PHP, Symfony & C#, .Net, which increased IT productivity and reduced ticket counts from 1500 to 300

• Automated and maintained the employee onboarding and deprovisioning process with PowerShell, Active Directory, Exchange, LDAP and OracleDB, which saved human resources and reduced errors

• Designed relational database schemas and optimized SQL queries to reduce web applications’ load time to less than 1000ms

• Executed the retirement of webservers by communicating with business owners, rewriting and migrating production applications in PHP & JavaScript saving $1000 a month
